How do I make a report?
  1. Register and set up your reporting account via the Register tab. This will only take a few minutes and your details we be saved and auto-populated into the reporter field each time you submit a new report.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Click on the Report Adverse Event tab and start reporting. Click on the Save and Next> button to proceed through the report and then click Submit to complete.

If you would like the Victorian vaccinee to be followed up by SAEFVIC please make sure to obtain consent from them or their parent/guardian and indicate consent received on the Submission page.
